Shipping pricesShipping and handling charges are based on the particular products in your order. We calculate the cost on the basis of product weight, size, and shipping distance. Free shipping offers are only available within the continental US. Continental United States does not include Hawaii which is a group of islands, or Alaska. |

Shipping methodsFawn and Forest™ ships only within the continental US via common carrier - USPS, UPS, FedEX, or Freight Carrier. Unless otherwise noted all furniture and rugs ship via curbside delivery. If you are in need of special delivery requirements such as evening or weekend delivery, please inquire with us prior to placing your order. Fawn&Forest does not offer expedited shipping at this time. Many of our items ship directly from the designer to you - many of which are made-to-order. This makes our shipping speedier than many other online retailers and reduces unnecessary double shipping of products. |

Availability and Lead TimesAvailability given on product description pages are only estimates. Posted lead times are not a contract and should not be treated as such. Many factors can contribute to lead shipping delays from the manufacturer. We will contact you once we become aware of any delays in availability. If you are in need of a definite lead time on a product, please contact us prior to your order. |

Required shipping costs on some itemsIn some instances, particularly for furniture or other large items, Fawn and Forest™ uses freight shippers to get the item to you versus using common carrier. Some manufacturers require us to charge a portion of the shipping cost to our customers regardless of Fawn and Forest's free shipping offers. |

Special delivery / freight shipmentsIf you require a delivery appointment during weekday business hours, inside delivery or delivery to a location other than a ground floor address, please include the information in the 'Customer Notes' field at checkout or contact us immediately after placing your order. Unless otherwise specified with White Glove Service on the product page, fawn&forest does not provide installation, assembly or physical delivery of furniture into residences or businesses. Installation, assembly or physical delivery of furniture into residences or businesses may be available through the shpping company. Any costs for installation, assembly or physical delivery of furniture into residences or businesses are the responsibility of the purchaser and not fawn&forest, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Unless you have already arranged for inside or 'white glove' delivery with our customer service, ALL shipments sent via Freight Carrier will be delivered via curbside delivery. If you need special delivery arrangements such as evening, weekend, 'inside' or 'white glove' delivery please call (1-800-385-0703) or email (service@fawnandforest.com) within 24 hours of this receipt to arrange for these services. Curbside Delivery means that the delivery people will not bring the item into your home. Only some freight companies are able to offer additional services at the time you schedule a delivery date. fawn&forest will not be responsible for any costs for additional delivery services.
