beech-nut sample party

I'm surprised!

When Beech-Nut asked me to participate in a Sampling Party of their newly updated baby food I was bit ... neutral. I've known Beechnut to be standard-style baby food in basic (boring?) flavors with bad packaging, ahem!

Well, seriously take a second look. Beech-Nut has not only had a complete brand update, but has created AMAZING new flavors in real food for babies. Plus, look at those super cute little jars! The labels come off quite easily making them totally reusable.

We sampled a handful of new flavor combinations including the pineapple/pear/avocado and the pear/black cherry  (the boys said it tasted like chocolate!) both of which were my boys' absolute favorites. They kept asking for more (!!) and said they liked to eat out of jars more than the squeezy pouches intended for kids their age (3, 5 & 8). Hmmm, interesting.

Seriously take a look at Beech-Nut's new menu -- it includes incredible combinations like mango/kiwi/papaypa and raspberry/apple/beet or guava/pear/strawberry plus a bunch of different veggie combinations. But the one I'm most interested to try? Mango/carrot/strawberry & chia.

While I usually made most of my own baby food, I would totally keep a few of these on hand for all those last minutes, in betweens & while out... or heck, even for your big kids!

Visit Beech-Nut, they've got a cool new site with lots of great info!
