This is one brilliant moment. A crazy DIY stuffed animal chair experience. Fun, modern, totally offbeat.

I love this perfect little shot of inspiration from Scandinavian Deko. The light wood perfectly softens the black & white elements. A black & white color palette for a kids room is lovely but I often feel it's too harsh without the organic element of wood. And that bit of green? It's perfect.

The lovely Catherine, behind studio hunting bears, is sharing her big boy Lucas's ever changing room. The hand painted wall is very inspiring. And the treasure trove of vintage fisher price toys is enviable.

I love that these kid's rooms are true to form - piles of books, loads pillows on the bed and various piling of stuff. The average kid room but with loads of style. Playful, charming and stylish in the home of Sanna Fischer Nordström.
And the Ferm Living Harlequin Wallpaper is looking gorgeous.

Now this is something else. A total violet and mint mash-up and it looks fantastic, don't you think? Doubtful any of us would be so brave to go all out like that!
So whimsical... and fresh!

Ferm Living makes the happiest pillows, don't you think? Their new Fall '12 collection has a bunch of new designs that make for an all around pillow ....party!
Pink! So girly. I have 3 boys so I am always in awe of pink bedrooms, as you can imagine. I never had a pink room as a kid but how can you not love a bit of pink? I think it's even lovely when used sparingly, as in the second image. The harlequin/diamond shape adds a bit of edge and nicely elevates the space.
And? Yellow & pink are totally bff's. Obviously.
Sometime inspiration comes not from actual interiors but a grouping of colors, products & shapes. Something well styled. I recently found these well styled spaces by Sofia of the blog Mokkasin.
This was a project styled for the Swedish magazine Family Living - ideas for bringing the summertime & outdoors in ... to live the summer life year around. Fun concept, especially for Sweden! Anyway, I found it really inspiring and love the ease and sensibility of the 1st grouping.
