The Stump by Kalon Studios is inspired by the original sitting stool: a tree stump. Raw. Unfinished. The piece celebrates the natural qualities of the tree trunk. Stump is cut from the green wood of a tree trunk so the surface splits as it ages and dries, giving each piece a unique look.
