sizing

A good place to start is with your fitted t-shirt size. Typically it will be the same as your sling size.
Using a soft measuring tape, start at the outer edge of your shoulder and measure diagonally across your body to the top of your opposite hip bone.
If you are in-between sizes, size down.
If you are pregnant and showing, measure across your back instead.
Your sling is too small if it feels uncomfortably tight and it is extremely difficult to get your baby into the sling.
