The Uffizi Bunk Bed offers a straight forward solution to make the most of your children's room, while providing a resting place your children will love to call their own.
- The lower bunk (bed) can be detached and used as a free standing twin bed.
- Finishes for vertical bed supports and ladder are White and Ebony.
- Finishes available for mattress frames are Birch and White.
- Bunk bed can convert to a loft bed w/ youth desk underneath, lower bunk can be repositioned.
- Lower bunk is low to the ground for easier access for youngsters.
- Both upper and lower bunks accept a standard twin size mattress (38”x75”). Mattress thickness for upper bunk should not exceed 8”. (Mattress not included).
- Made from sustainable hard wood and birch ply.
- All materials, glues, stains and finishes are 100% non-toxic & are low VOC.
- The CPSC recommends that the upper bunk should be used by children ages 6 and up.

Jenny Argie and Andrew Thornton combined their two disciplines in fine art and architecture to develop a playful, creative process that is the backbone of Argington, the couple's modern children's furniture company created in 2002. Each piece was borne out of necessity. A question asked an and ultimately a problem solved. Mindful that we can no longer act in a way that puts our planet at risk, Argington’s furniture is made conscientiously to minimize its environmental impact. The newest Argington collection will be born in these challenging times. Jenny and Andrew, like so many other "creative’s" are nesting with new ideas about what is necessary and what is relevant. With a new baby girl and two young boys around the house and design studio, the couples own inspirational environment continues to evolve.
