Each product is inspected by hand . Naef quality products begin by specifically selecting woods that will not shrink or warp and will remain durable over time. All of the painted products are made using non-toxic varnishes or clear coats. All woods are harvested from sustainable forests in Europe.

This item will ship via small parcel carrier (UPS, FEDEX, or USPS). Your item will arrive between 2 and 6 business days after it leaves the shipping warehouse, depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse. You will receive tracking information via email once your item begins transit.

Most packages do not require a signature for small parcel deliveries, although the decision to leave your package without a signature is up to the delivery person in charge of the shipment. If you would like an item left at your doorstep without a signature, you can leave a note on your door requesting that the driver leaves your package with "No Signature Required."
