Shipping prices
Shipping and handling charges are based on the particular products in your order. We calculate the cost on the basis of product weight, size and shipping distance. Free shipping offers are only available within the continental US.
Shipping methods
Fawn and Forest™ ships only within the continental US via common carrier – USPS, UPS, FedEX, or Freight Carrier. Unless otherwise noted all futniture and rugs ship via curbside delivery. If you are in need of special delivery requirements please inquire with us prior to placing your order. fawn&forest does not offer expedited shipping at this time. Many of our items ship directly from the designer to you--many of which are made-to-order. This makes our shipping speedier than many other online retailers and reduces unnecessary double shipping of products .
Availability and Lead Times
Availability given on product description pages are only estimates. Posted lead times are not a contract and should not be treated as such. Many factors can contribute to lead shipping delays from the manufacturer. We will contact you once we become aware of any delays in availability. If you are in need of a definite lead time on a product, please contact us prior to your order.
Required shipping costs on some items
In some instances, particularly for furniture or other large items, Fawn and Forest™ uses freight shippers to get the item to you versus using common carrier. Some Manufacturers require us to charge a portion of the shipping cost to our customers regardless of Fawn and Forest's free shipping offers.
Special delivery requirements
If you require a delivery appointment during weekday business hours, inside delivery or delivery to a location other than a ground floor address, please include the information in the 'Customer Notes' field at checkout or contact us immediately after placing your order. Unless otherwise specified with White Glove Service on the product page, fawn&forest does not provide installation, assembly or physical delivery of furniture into residences or businesses. Installation, assembly or physical delivery of furniture into residences or businesses may be available through the shipping company. Any costs for installation, assembly or physical delivery of furniture into residences or businesses are the responsibility of the purchaser and not fawn&forest, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Definition of Freight Delivery Options:
Standard/Curbside: Delivery to address, outside residence.
Inside: Deliver packages beyond the residential threshold.
White Glove: Deliver inside residence and remove packing materials.
Special offers
Fawn and Forest™ may, from time to time, offer shipping specials. The cost of those shipping specials will be calculated during the ordering and checkout process. Fawn and Forest reserves the right to cancel any Special Offers relating to shipping at any time and without notice.

Your Account
You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may only use fawnandforest.com with the assistance of a parent or guardian. fawnandforest.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion, at any time, for any reason.
Sales Tax
Fawn and Forest™ is located in beautiful sales-tax-free Oregon and charges no sales tax on any orders shipped within the United States. You are expected to comply with your state's current laws regarding internet purchases.
Returns
Merchandise purchased from fawnandforest.com may be returned for exchange or for store credit only within 10 days of delivery if accompanied by an original receipt and is in perfect condition and with original packaging intact. Returns must be pre-authorized by calling 1-800-385-0703. Returns received and not pre-authorized will not be processed. Authorized returns may be subject to a 20%-50% restocking fee in addition to any free shipping costs paid by Fawn and Forest™. Oversized items (such as furniture & rugs), custom/made-to-order items and sale items are non- returnable. We can not accept returns on opened bedding items. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise that we are unable to replace. Returns should be properly packed and sent at the customer's expense to the address we provide you during authorization. Shipping costs will not be credited or refunded.
Damages
Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 10 days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. A minimum of 3 digital photos of damaged products must accompany claim. Claims received after 10 days of delivery will not be processed. fawn&forest will not be held responsible for returned items lost in transit. Therefore we highly recommend returns be sent via a traced and insured shipping method.
Warranties
All products are covered by the warranty policies of the their respective manufacturers. If you have questions about the warranty for a specific product, or if you have questions on how to make a warranty claim, please contact us.
Order cancellation
Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a minimum 20% or maximum 50% cancellation and restocking fee in addition to all shipping charges incurred. Furniture, rugs, custom made, and made to order items cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placing an order.

Please be careful to provide accurate and reliable contact and or shipping information when placing your order at fawnandforest.com. Any charges or losses incurred as a result of our inability to reach you, or inaccurate information are the sole responsibility of the customer.
15% Interior Designer and Architect Industry Discount.
Fawn and Forest™ offers a trade discount to qualifying Interior Designers and Architects who are furnishing a nursery, child's room, or play area.
1. Create an account on fawnandforest.com.
2. Email proof of membership in AIA, ASID, or other industry organization and your Federal Tax ID or Resale Tax Certificate number to service@fawnandforest.com. Include complete company contact information, the user name of your fawn&forest account, and, if applicable, client name and address.
3. Upon approval, we will change your account status so that your order total is automatically discounted.
Changes to terms and conditions
Fawn and Forest™ reserves the right to make any changes to this site and its policies, terms, and conditions without notification.
