Alyson Beaton's limited edition set of letterpressed cards was created to record baby's first words as well as favorite words, for every letter of the alphabet. All of the cards are hand letterpressed with 100 year old wood type in 4 different colors. The packaging is also hand crafted, letterpress, with a string and button closure.

Alyson Beaton is a designer who uses her hand operated letterpresses to make Artist's books. She operates out of Chicago, Il and with the birth of her children started making artist's works to record their lives. Her collection and publications include: First Word Cards, Baby Book, and "Grow: An Environmentally Friendly Book."
