To determine the best size sling for you, use a soft measuring tape, starting at the outer edge of your shoulder and measure diagonally across your body to the top of your opposite hip bone. This will give you a measurement in inches. Using the sizing chart in the last image, determine what size sling would best fit you. If you are in between sizes, size down.
