The quilted toppers are designed to sit atop your existing mattress to create a more cushiony, natural sleeping surface. Encased in organic cotton sateen and filled with domestically sourced premium eco wool batting, these toppers provide a comfortable, breathable sleep surface that naturally regulates body temperature and wicks away moisture. Available in two thickness options, the luxurious wool batting is secured by hand tufting that keeps the wool in place and creates a plush quilted look and feel. Adding a topper allows you to fine-tune your sleep system to your comfort preference. Sleeping on a natural surface has also been shown to lower your heart rate, resulting in a deeper, more restful sleep.

Holy Lamb Organics has created two types of handmade wool toppers for you to choose from: the Deep Sleep topper adds a little softness while the Ultimate topper adds a lot of softness, both available in twin & full size. Holy Lambs signature Crib topper is approximately 1" thick and is recommended for infants over 3 months of age.

Sizes

• Deep Sleep: approx 1.5-2” thick; Perfect for adding a little softness.
• Ultimate: approx 2.5-3” thick; Ideal for those wanting the feel of a plush pillow top.      
• Crib: approx 1" thick with cotton elastic straps sewn at each corner to secure topper to the mattress. Recommended for infants over three months of age.                                                               

Specifications

Care

Sunning your topper periodically will keep it refreshed and revitalize the wool.

• Deep Sleep and Ultimate toppers are not machine washable. Spot clean as needed. Treat stains by soaking area with hydrogen peroxide (note, this may cause lightening of fabric).

• Crib toppers can be machined washed in cold water. Manually set to soak and spin cycles only. Do not use the wash cycle, which agitates and can ruin your topper. For stained items, add a dose of live cultured enzymes (such as Bac-Out by Biokleen) during soak. Drape in the sun or warm place to dry. Do not wring or machine dry.

For even wear and optimum comfort, we recommend alternately flipping (turning it over) and rotating (head to foot) your topper periodically. Do this once a week for the first few months, then every few months as needed.

The scent of wool - Our wool, both natural and organic, is cleaned and processed naturally without the use of harsh chemicals. That's why you may notice the mild sweet scent of sunny farm pastures when you receive your new wool product. The wool retains 1% of the naturally occurring lanolin oil, which helps condition the fibers and keep them fluffy and soft for years to come. Most customers find the scent dissipates within a few days.
