Given the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our operations and shipping carriers, orders may take longer than usual to be delivered. Please keep in mind some products may still be limited due to our manufacturers still facing challenges from the effects of COVID-19. Please also ensure to read all lead times on products you're interested in, which can be found on the right side of the product page under "Availability". We will do our best to communicate with and satisfy our customers, but there is always always a possibility for delays on orders. We are encouraging customers to plan ahead for holidays, birthdays, and due dates as many items, especially furniture, are seeing unexpected shipping delays from time to time.

Your Account

You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may only use with the assistance of a parent or guardian. reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion, at any time, for any reason.

Sales Tax

fawn&forest is located in beautiful sales-tax-free Montana and charges no sales tax on any orders shipped within the United States. You are expected to comply with your state's current laws regarding internet purchases.



Your satisfaction is very important to us. Were happy to offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on most items with no restocking fees!

Most merchandise purchased from can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with the exception of furniture and oversized items. Please read the bottom of the product page to find the return policy for that product.

Product must be in perfect condition along with all original packaging intact. Returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us at with a description of the return and your order number. Returns should be properly packed in the items original packaging and sent at the customer's expense to the address we provide you during authorization. Shipping costs will not be credited or refunded. fawn&forest will not be held responsible for returned items lost in transit. Therefore we highly recommend returns be sent via a traced and insured shipping method.

Some types of products are non-returnable including sale items, furniture items, oversized rugs, custom-made, and made to order items.  These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If you are unsure whether or not the items you are interested in can be returned, feel free to email us at

Returned items must include all original packaging, manuals, hardware and any other related items and must be in perfect unused condition, or restocking and repackaging fees will apply.

Returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the cost of shipping subtracted from the refund amount.

Damages / Defects

Claims for damaged or defective items must be filed within 3 business days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Any damages to packaging or products must be noted with the shipper at the time of delivery in order for us to process a damage claim. Claims must be reported immediatly to fawn&forest at (800) 385 0703 or submitted by email to A minimum of 3 digital photos of damaged products must accompany claim. Claims received after 3 business days of delivery will not be processed. Please keep all damaged packaging materials including the box which the shipment arrived in along with all inside contents. Please understand that packaging materials must be kept in the event that an item is damaged. If packaging materials are not kept fawn&forest cannot process a damage claim.

Freight Shipments

Some heavier furniture pieces may ship via LTL freight carrier.  Please note that LTL shipment transit times can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks. Below are instructions on receiving your freight shipment.

Orders delivered via freight shipper are usually delivered curb-side delivery.  The freight company will call the customer to schedule a delivery appointment between Monday and Friday, during regular business hours.  PLEASE INSPECT ALL PACKAGES WHILE THE DRIVER IS STILL THERE AND BEFORE THEY SIGN THE DELIVERY RECEIPT.  If there is any damage, or if something is missing, you can either refuse the damaged box(es), or mark it on the delivery receipt. If damage to box or item is not made note on delivery receipt, a replacement can NOT be issued.

Most freight shippers deliver during regular business hours (9-5pm Monday - Friday).

Threshold and White Glove delivery may or may not be an option for the product you are ordering.  Please contact us prior to placing your order if you are in need of additional delivery services.


All products are covered by the warranty policies of the their respective manufacturers. If you have questions about the warranty for a specific product, or if you have questions on how to make a warranty claim, please contact us.


For returnable items: fawn&forest will refund for the full price minus shipping costs on returnable items. Please refer to our return policy (above) for details.

For non-returnable items: fawn&forest does not allow returns or issue refunds on non-returnable items.


fawn&forest reserves the right to amend, suspend, or change the rewards program and/or program rules at any time without notice.  fawn&forest rewards points hold no monetary value outside of their use on Customers with fawn&forest rewards points cannot exchange or redeem their points for us currency.

Rewards discounts cannot be combined with other store discounts.

By enrolling and/or participating in fawn&forest Rewards, you agree to abide by these rules and regulations.

Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and fawn&forest reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, fawn&forest will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Availability and Lead Times

Availability given on product description pages are only estimates. Posted lead times are not a contract and should not be treated as such. Many factors can contribute to lead shipping delays from the manufacturer. We will contact you once we become aware of any delays in availability. If you are in need of a definite lead time on a product, please contact us prior to your order.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.  If you are shipping to AK or HI, please inquire for shipping costs prior to your purchase.

Order cancellation

Most orders can be canceled without a cancellation / restocking fee as long as the items are not preparing for, or in the process of shipment. Items that are in the process of shipment cannot be canceled. Furniture, rugs, custom-made, and made to order items cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placing an order. Sale items cannot be canceled after order is placed.

Refused deliveries, or orders that are canceled after the item has shipped will be subject to round trip shipping and restocking fees.

Contact / shipping information

Please be careful to provide accurate and reliable contact and or shipping information when placing your order at fawn&forest. Any charges or losses incurred as a result of our inability to reach you, or inaccurate information are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Discounts + Promotions

Discount codes cannot be combined with other store discounts or promotions. Occasionally, fawn&forest offers special promotions which include free products on orders over a certain dollar amount. Cancelled orders or returned items related to these promotions will be refunded in full minus the retail price of the promotional item unless the promotional item is sent back in new perfect condition at customers expense.

Changes to terms and conditions

fawn&forest reserves the right to make any changes to this site and its policies, terms, and conditions without notification.

In placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are providing accurate, true, and complete information and that you have the authority to place the order.

While we make commercially accepted best efforts to maintain the security of customer transactions, its liability in cases of third party theft or misuse is limited to the funds which we have already collected in reference to the customer’s most recent order.

We reserve the right to terminate your account and restrict your use of this site if we have reason to believe you have violated any of these terms and conditions, including providing us with false information. fawn&forest reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
